Who we are

Vectora is made and sold by gliphhh (Eliezer Fontanez, operating as an individual), San Juan, Puerto Rico. By purchasing or using Vectora you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What you're buying

Vectora is a web application (PWA) that runs in your browser and can be installed to your home screen. A purchase is a one-time payment for a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vectora on devices you own or control. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

After payment you receive an email with a link and an access code. The code is your license. Keep it: you'll need it to unlock Vectora on each of your devices.

Your access code

Your access code is for you. Don't publish it, share it, sell it, or give it away. We may disable codes that are shared publicly, resold, or used in a way that looks like more than one person. If your code is disabled by mistake, email us and we'll sort it out.

Your work

Everything you create in Vectora is yours. We claim no rights to your drawings or exports, and you can use them for any purpose, commercial or not. Your work is stored on your device only — see the Privacy Policy. Back up anything you care about by exporting it; clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app can delete local documents.

Refunds

If Vectora isn't for you, email support@gliphhh.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. After a refund your access code stops working. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; card processing times are up to your bank.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are. The charge on your statement will read GLIPHHH VECTORA.

Updates and availability

Vectora is actively developed. Updates are included in your purchase and load automatically. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. Because Vectora is delivered over the web, we can't guarantee it will be available at all times or on every browser or device; it is built for current versions of Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android.

Acceptable use

Don't try to bypass the access code, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use it to break the law or harm others. That's it.

No warranty

Vectora is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise it will be error-free. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you and that can't be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising from Vectora or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost work, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, this page will be updated and the "Effective" date above will change. Continuing to use Vectora after a change means you accept the new terms. Changes will never take away a license you already paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law. If we ever have a dispute, let's talk first: support@gliphhh.com.
